MOON KITTIES LOVE GUARANTEE
We guarantee our work. If you have any concerns with the lash service you received, let us know within 2 days and we will fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. This is a policy we’re proud to offer you.
A minimum of 24 hours notice must be given to reschedule or cancel appointments. Not showing for your scheduled appointment or not giving 24 hrs notice will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the service charge. If you have more than one no show a deposit for appointment may be asked at the discretion of the technician. We accept cancellations by phone, email, text or in person.
It is ultimately your responsibility to remember your scheduled appointments. By making appointments with Moon Kitties Studios you are agreeing to these terms.
Appointments of $100.00+ require a 50% deposit to book your appointment. The deposit will be deducted from the total bill at the end of the service. This deposit is non-refundable due to cancellation.
We do not offer refunds on services. We do however, offer a Moon Kitties Love Guarantee on all of our lash services. If you experience an allergy and are unable to wear the eyelash extensions applied, we will remove them free of charge and may offer a voucher for another service.

Clients coming to an appointment MUST be wearing a mask before entering the premises
You will not be permitted to bring a guest or child with you. You must come alone.
We will be doing touch free greetings from now on. There will be no hugs or handshakes.
If you have been feeling sick or have any minor symptoms you will be asked to cancel your appointment.
Everyone must fill out the COVID-19 screening above before coming to appointment
No walk-ins, you must have an appointment
You will be asked to leave your belongings in the front hall when you enter
You will be asked to sanitize your hands upon arrival
Please try to refrain from using our bathroom
